I'm having exact same problem, this started when I downloaded trespasser and updated the patch version from 10 to 11, when I revert back to patch version 10 mod manager (1.0.0.59) works fine

In response to post #27839855. You have to run it through cmd. Go to start menu type in cmd in search bar, right click cmd and run as admin, then navigate to the directory where wcc_lite is and run it from there
keep getting following error C:\Games\Witcher 3 Mod Tools\bin\x64>call wcc_lite uncook -indir=C:\Games\Witche r 3 - Wild Hunt\content -outdir=C:\Games\Witcher 3 Exports\Uncooked\ -imgfmt=tga [2015.08.14 23:33:49][Error][Game] CItemManager: directory 'items\' not found! AWESOME mods, thanks for sharing. Can you make one for Serena (from dawnguarrd). I know that it can be hard with all the open world environment and huge number of NPC's but if they only concentrate on the cutscenes in the basic story line that would be enough imo. No need to make so many dialogue options just stick to the point and compact things into cutscenes, I love every single TES games and if Bethesda include this feature that would be epic. At least their new game "Dishonored" seems to have some decent amount of cutscenes.
Agree! but it would make things so much cooler, Lively and exciting. It would be amazing if your character can actually taunt and yell and show some emotions during battle (instead of just plain old ha, hu, ya). The only thing in my opinion Bethesda games are lacking. Would have been great if they can do what BioWare did give more life to their game characters.
I was wondering if its possible to give your Dovahkiin an actual Voice. Unfortunately for me my created character looks a little life less to be honest. Reference: http://www.multiplayerhub.com/review/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/dragon-age-2.jpg Like in Dragon Age 2 where our created characters could actually speak and interact with others around them. http://www.lasertimepodcast.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/mass-effect-3-fears1.jpg Or like in Mass Effect series where we had some amazing free flowing character to character interactions. Seeing another NPC standing Idle and just talking seems a little boring. If its possible to create a mod which gives a standard Male and Female Vocals along with smooth flowing animation while characters are engaged in chatting would be great in my opinion.
