Very new at modding - got the making new perks down I think. I did some searches online (both here and in general) and found that images need to be converted to .dds files. I got an image converter X2Y - and was able to convert the image from .bmp to .dds but when in the game a big blue box appears where the image should have been. I did some searches - couldn't find a good answer though could be that I'm just too wet still to know exactly the best search to get an answer.
