Hi! I guess you have already figured out by now, but you can just overwrite the body meshes. Download the body mod you want to use, and copy it's meshes to the mesh folder of the follower. Overwrite it and do the same with the hand and feet meshes, so you won't see any gap on the wrists or the ankles. After that your follower will have unp body or whatever you want. Oh, and don't change the textures! That's important! :)
