I agree. I never carry around food. It's a waste of weight, and I wind up selling it more than anything. Plus, the auto-healing process makes using food completely irreverent. It only restores a small bit of health that my character can heal up himself twice as fast. I am ready for something like in New Vegas, with the realism mod. I never actually played that in New Vegas because I felt there was enough immersion in the game. But it is severely lacking in Skyrim. I don't know why, in what was supposed to be Bethesda's greatest achievement, they decided to remove the weapon conditioning system. Just cause we are using swords and bows rather than rifles doesn't mean they don't rot eventually. The same with armor. I'm waiting for a mod that really forces you to survive when you're in the wilderness. Hunger becomes a factor, and without food, maybe your stamina starts getting drained, leading to blurred vision, and start affecting your ability to do just about anything. I also want to actually be affected by the severe weather, such as snow storms. Yes, they are blinding, but they also look extremely cold. I almost feel cold myself, but it doesn't seem to affect my character at all. Perhaps winter conditions may cause hypothermia, which leads to stamina drops, and once again, affecting your combat skills, as well as maneuvering skills. Maybe areas with snow so deep that you can no longer run, but are treading through piles of snow. And unless you have some kind of fur coat (maybe something you can wear over any armor. Not a fur armor itself, but just a coat that helps fight the cold, but not halt it completely), or well-covering armor, you can die pretty quick. I want the water to be more immersive, too. It looks beautiful, but I find it silly that I can just dash through knee-high water levels like nothing. Why not actually have to tread the water when I'm moving through? And maybe, perhaps be able to drink water to restore some stamina or health. I also would like to see the dragons interact with the world a little more. Instead, they sort of just fly around, often in circles. You'd think they would get tired eventually and need to find a place to perch up somewhere and rest for a while. Just act like another creature in the world, you know? Maybe they get hungry and go hunting for some elk, or humans, whatever they feel like eating. Just do more than fly around until they decided to attack. Kinda just gets boring, and predictable. Also, I want bigger, more bad-ass dragons.
