OK so i had windows 10 problems and i had to restore it, i lost my steam folders so i put a fresh intall back on and all my ini files were gone.i went and validated the game and even rewrote the folder and still nexus says i have no ini file run game to initailize the file or invalidate the archive can someone help me fix this any ideas would be great.

Does anyone know if it fixed the Vault 81 CTD?
