  1. A radiation storm is where the radioactive particles still on the ground are whipped up among the winds and rains, and spread more easily through the gaps in the buildings (where they're then inhaled/ingested by you and the settlers). It's not just a case of getting rads from being directly rained on by nuclear rain.

Bear in mind that your settlement buildings are generally open to the elements - holes and gaps in both wood and metal, and window holes without glass - plenty of ways in which the radioactive particles can be blown into your buildings.

This image, published in recent years by the US government, shows the different levels of protection given by different buildings made of different materials, where a 1-story wooden frame house provides little protection, whereas a concrete or brick underground basement provides substantial protection.

This all said, and knowing steve40 is always up for a challenge, how about a scripted solution that provide different levels of protection from the rads depending on the type of building materials? Most vanilla building materials are riddled with holes where the fallout can pass through, but if the player constructs concrete walls (using the wooden floor concrete foundation) this should offer a lot of protection - and would be interesting to see a modded solution where the player could build brick walls and lead-lined doors etc. to provide full protection from storms.

  2. This is the current roster we are working with as well as what they're known for, and what they're currently working on for Awake. We expect one or two more modders to filter in. Names in no particular order.

  3. I have the same issue as eurozom - EVEN WHEN I CLICK THE GREEN "CHECKS MOD FOR NEW VERSIONS" BUTTON ( sorry for shouting, but wanted to stress that I have done this many times! ) it still only lists the Latest Version for a few of my installed mods. It lists current version for all installed mods, but "latest version" for only a few of my installed mods, otherwise that field is blank.
  4. I'm unable to hide a comment and request moderation, as when I try to do so, the timer shows but the comment is never hidden/reported.

I've tried reporting a couple of comments over the past couple of months, but with no luck...it just displays the "please wait" graphic forever after I try and report.

I've tried on both Firefox and IE, tried clearing cache, etc...I've even left the pc on overnight, hoping that the procedure will be completed, but it never happens...

  5. I am also unable to get videos to work on my mod page - either on the video tab or using bbcode in the description tab. It just leaves a blank area the size that the embed should be.

The Youtube video I'm trying to embed is fully public with embedding enabled.

    My mod page is http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19782

An active hyperlink directly to the Youtube page does work correctly, but it just won't embed with my mod page on the Nexus.

    I hope you can help!
