    Played a little bit of Dark Arisen. Fun so far. Some of the tweaks/fixes to the original game are nice too.

    Fallen Earth is one of those "don't judge a book by it's cover" games. Looks like poop at first, but offers deep gameplay and RPG elements, and combines some great mechanics from browser games with Fallout New Vegas-like gameplay. It's essentially a New Vegas MMO with different lore and less polish.

      It surprised me a bit as well. At first, it was....meh, this is just some generic MMO. After a while, however, it starts to grow on you, and as you explore the game, you realize just how good it really is.

    Quick update, Bill had second stroke on Wednesday. Is now hospitalised as it was the left hand side that was affected this time. Feeling has returned but his carotid is blocked so he needs an operation. Hopefully that will be done before Christmas which should ease some of the stress both for him and the rest of us. Family and good friends help and I send my thanks and love to all who have kept me going here and at home. Love you all xxx

    First life tried to kill me with problems, now it seems it's trying to kill me with too many opportunities at once. In short, 2 projects for a competition (InfoKup), another project later this year (Imagine Cup), CS50x Harvard online course, usual High School work. A lot! D:

      Dont over think it. Occam's Razor. The simplest answer is almost always the correct one. Over thinking can lead to the wrong answer. just sit back ,take deep breaths, and count up everything you need to do and keep each project in a separate folder.
