  1. Hi All, I'm preparing to enter Skyrim SE for the first time after giving Oldrim a break. I have messed with a few texture mods in the past but I am very intrigued by the S.E.P.T.I.M. approach. However I have the following: Core i7-4790K Radeon R9 Fury (4 GB) 16 GB of RAM 1440p Freesync monitor I want to play in the native 1440p resolution, but I only have 4 GB of VRAM. Hoping someone can help guide me if I wan to follow S.E.P.T.I.M. Specifically, Step 3 with regards to Skyrim Flora, Realistic Aspen Trees 4k, and Verdant Grass Plugin. I don't know if I qualify as a "strong system." I don't think FPS will be as big an issue as the amount of VRAM I need. So the question is would I be better off just using Skyrim Flora by itself, or maybe stick with the "Medium Strength System" but it's really confusing as there still so many steps involved. Would my setup work favorably with all of S.E.P.T.I.M.? It's a lot of work to go through that to discover it won't run like I hoped. Thanks!

  3. I have been waiting until SKSE is done, but it appears that's not going to happen anytime soon. And then I found out that SKY UI has a non-SKSE version. That was really my only must have Mod before I started up a new SE game. But it has still been over 2 years since I last played. Most of the mods I had have changed. Could I get some recommendations for mods that are a close match for the following as I remember them? Sky UI (or equivalent) Deadly Dragons Basic Human Needs Climates of Tamriel Water Mod Skyrim Immersive Creatures Additionally, what is recommended for a high end system (Fury X) for graphics? Do the texture overhauls enhance what is on SSE or do they overwrite them completely? Thanks!
  4. Yeah, latest ones were released on 12/17 and I just checked again. I can't believe it's the card as I played Witcher 3 at 1440p with no slowness at all.   5. Hello Fellow Fallouters, I have a 2560x1440 FreeSync monitor running on a Core i7, 8GB RAM, Radeon Fury PC. I only have a few mods running right now for better stars, land textures, and PIP Boy resolution. I have the normal ini configs that most will have based on the well known tweaks out there. My problem is when I try running Fallout 4 on the native resolution at 1440p. Immediately after loading up the menu video runs (where it's closing in on the Mech armor), I can tell it's sluggish. My mouse movement is laggy. Playing in game is also sluggish and is especially noticeable when going between character dialog. When I switch to 1920x1080, everything is completely smooth as butter. I really don't suspect my video card to be the issue as benchmarks out there show I should be hitting 50-60 fps on 1440p. I've tried removing the few mods I have as well as adjusting the major graphical features (shadows, God rays, etc). None of these made a difference. I don't have my ini with me right now but stuff like mouse acceleration is disabled and uGrids were at 5. Nothing really special there. Anyone experienced this? I don't mind playing at 1920, but if you have a 27" 1440p monitor, it's always better to play at the native resolution :)
