Mod Request - Lump's War Horn Anywhere

First playthrough and I saved the war horn for a tough fight. Now in Act 2 I realized I can't use it anymore. Would love a mod to go around that restriction. Really bummed out because there's no hint in the game you should use it in Act 1....
