  1. Thanks, but unfortunely I didn't noticed any difference with the mod. Is not compatible with FWE, maybe?

     

    I'm not having problems with accuracy, it's the camera what annoys me, the character eats half of the screen. That's why I zoom in so the body doesn't get in the way.

     

    Just for the record, it is compatible with FWE, I played with FWE myself while I made it. But yeah, it won't change the camera at all - only the accuracy. :)

    My issue can be seen in this picture below. As you can see, the torchlight is making parts of my character transparent. The torch you find on the ground just as start the game also shines "through" my character if I'm in 3rd person view (before I pick it up that is), so it appears that the character itself goes transparent around this sort of light. Also seems my skincolor turns black-ish in certain lights, while it's fine in other lightsettings. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this, could it be an archive invalidation issue (I am using BSA alteration via OBMM however)? Will supply load order and such if needed, but I'm not quite sure if it would be for this issue so holding off on it. I am using stuff like OBGE v2 and I'm using the HGEC textures. Thanks in advance!

    For the record, the character is a Moonshadow Elf incase there are known issues like these with that race that I just couldn't find while trying to look up this issue.

  3. So, I changed it around a bit and everything worked perfectly. No crashes for a very long time. (Could easily play 4-5h sessions with no crashes). Then I went to the Mall and entered the Museum of Technology, did what I had to do in there and zoned out. Crash. Tried several times more, crash every time. Tried teleporting myself to a different zone and then fast travelling to the Mall, crash. Seems I can't enter it from anywhere. Anyone got some clues about what could be causing this? :/

    After having finished FNV I, like many others, figured it was time for anothe round of FO3 and decided to go with FWE, MMM, WMK, EVE, PB etc this time around. I spent hours researching proper load orders and such for those mods to work well together and have installed everything properly. I've also created a merged patch and used MasterUpdate. However, I fear that some of the mods I've added besides the ones mentioned above are causing my game to crash as often as it is - therefore I figured I'd post my load order here and see if anyone here could give me some hints on any mods that could be causing these crashes. Heck, I crashed twice during character creation.

     

    The crashes come very randomly, sometimes 5min after I start playing and sometimes 30min in. I have turned off autosaves and CASM handles my saving, fyi. My load order is as follows. Most mods are self-explanatory when it comes to the usual FWE, MMM, WMK, EVE etc combo but I'll point out what some mods are that have "weird" filenames just to make it a bit easier. I am certain there are some mods I could place differently in my load order even though I've tried to research where mods should go as thoroughly as possible, so any help like that would be greatly appreciated. Also any mods that I should just delete as they usually don't work well together. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

     

    Edit: Besides the mods listed below I'm also using Dimon Type 3 body with exeters armor/clothing replacement mods, NMCs lite texture pack, 4gb enabler, fallout stutter remover, fose 1.2b3 and have modified by ini file with help from tweakguides.com. It is the GOTY edition of the game and thus is at v1.7.

  5. Personally I'm quite surprised to see the comments in this thread since I think the game is better than FO3 in most ways. FO3 do some things better, but the better quests and dialogs alone makes the game better to me and it "feels" more like a Fallout game.

     

    Ofcourse, as with too many games, it's best to wait atleast until the first major patch is released if you easily get annoyed by bugs and CTDs, but I haven't personally had any real issues with it yet.
