@PsxMeUP No no no it's not a conversion. It's an awesome mod that adds awesome features to the Civil war questline by 1. Making those massive battles between factions happen again, albeit with even more awesomeness :D 2. Adding something to do after you complete the Civil War questline. I found the ending rather disappointing. You pretty much single-handedly led a faction to conquer Skyrim and all you get is some crappy swords??? Hell naw! @Ourher0nik0 Very good idea! If some mod developer does indeed come take a look at my mod, I'll submit that into my final draft for my concept.

@Electricjudge I like the guard idea, maybe use that as Imperial vs Thalmor troops, considering they arn't officially at war yet. The Imperial Legates idea is already included with Imperial Officers. Thats what I meant by powerful Forsworn Mages. I like how troops have melee weapons and bows. The only soldier that I would consider an archer unit first and formost would be the Thalmor archer elite. Elites are meant to acr as the armies heavy infantry. However I do like your guard idea, maybe use them in small battles like bandit battles and such. Keep the ideas coming guys!

I put this mod idea in mod talk. Didn't realize there was a whole section for mod ideas :P. I have more ideas for this mod if you are a capable team or know a capable team, or are just interested in my idea, please message me. After you have completed the Civil War questline, either as a Stormcloak or Legionnaire, have you found the ending oddly devoid of benefits? Despite the fact a serious occurrence took place, you feel like you only fought a few battles and your done? I imagined this mod just for you then. Note though, I'm not a modder, so I'm passing on this brilliant idea for a mod on to the general public in hopes a major modder will catch wind of it. This mod lets you continue to fight in large scale battles with your faction after the Civil War questline is over. After completing the final siege of the Stormcloaks/Imperials, you should be able to talk to Ulfric Stormcloak or General Tullius about fighting in additional battles. These battles will take place outside of the default Skyrim map, in battlegrounds ranging from wild forests and woodlands, to frozen mountains plains, to sieges of castles and outposts everywhere. If the Stormcloaks are defeated, the survivors will carry on the war, for the Nords are resilient people. If the Imperials are driven out of Skyrim, they will continue to fight the Stormcloaks with their armies from other provinces. And all the while, the Thalmor will continue to fight, either fighting the Stormcloaks that have opposed them, or fighting the unofficial resistance fighters secretly funded by the Imperials to oppose Thalmor influence. And of course, other minor factions amass small hosts to challenge control of certain areas, like the Forsworn, the Draughr, various bandit warlords, and many more. Stormcloak or Imperial, the battles shouldn't end because the Questline did. Thats why I want this mod. The battles should be like the siege battles of the questline, but bigger and better. This time you don't have an unlimited amount of allies to throw at the enemy. Your armies are just as finite as theirs, and, in some cases, include less men than theirs. And why does the entire regiment always consist of the same class of soldier, albeit with different weapons? Where are the Imperial officers outfitted in plate armor that can tear a more sizable hole in your men than the regulars? Is Galmar the only Stormcloak officer? Why do all Stormcloaks have to wear light armor? Can't the Nords smith some plate armor for their elites? And clearly the Thalmor and the other minor factions have their elite soldiers. This mod will add elites to men to all sides, to shake the battles up a little. And now you ask, "Why should I fight in these massive, awesome battles? For the experience? For the fun? No?" Well of course, you can loot the bodies before they disappear to for their equipment, but your leader will also compensate you with a cut of the spoils, which, depending on the scale, the difficulty of the battle, and maybe even your kill count, may be quite sizable. It will include gold, equipment, jewels, smithing materials, and the likes. Except women. We have standards in this mod you perverted bastard. At least once a week, or once a day, yet to be decided, your commander can issue you an engagement to fight in. You can choose between 3 major battles, or not to fight at all. Next day you will be given different engagements to choose from if you chose not to fight the previous day. Battles will range in difficulty, from easy, to medium, or hard, yet to be decided to implement this. Easy battles will generally pit you against an enemy with less strength ratios, but less loot as a result. Medium battles will set you against armies equal in strength ratio, with a good amount of loot as a result. Hard battles will be against armies with a larger strength ratio than yours, so expect large loot, but tough fights. Factions Quick List: Imperial Legion: One of the factions you can join, the Imperial Legion armies will consist mainly of Imperial Soldiers outfitted in Light Armor. The elites will include officers outfitted in Plate Armor, and maybe improved Imperial Swords, and maybe Imperial Battlemages. Loot will consist of mainly of heavy armor and weapons. Stormcloaks: One of the factions you can join, the Stormcloaks main soldier will be outfitted in the vanilla uniform. The elites will include officers that wear officer garb like Galmar, or veterans outfitted in Steel Plate Armor. Mages have yet to be decided. Loot will consist mainly of light armor, blunt weapons, and (maybe) a slight increase in materials compared to the Imperials. Thalmor: *Thalmor armies will generally be more skilled per soldier compared to the other factions, so as a result their armies will have less men*, *but either the general soldier will be stronger than your faction's general soldier*, *or their armies will contain more elites*. (Undecided on all stated with *) Thalmor general soldiers will be outfitted in elven gear, and will use one minor spell. Elites will include justicars that have light armor better than elven armor, or maybe just have improved elven armor. Their spells will be more powerful. Another elite will be the Thalmor archer, warriors dedicated to the bow more than their brothers. They will be outfitted in the same armor, but will be significantly more damaging with their bows. Loot will be include a lot of light armor, little heavy armor, and more jewels. Forsworn: Forsworn soldiers will be outfitted in their deer garb, and carry forsworn weapons. Elites will include powerful mages and hargravens. Loot will consist mainly of jewels, materials, and potions. Bandits: Bandit soldiers will be outfitted in a variety of scrounged or stolen armors, but will mostly be weak. Bandit elites include warlords outfitted in strong armor and weapons, and rouge mages. Draughr: The only (maybe) faction included in this mod comprised entirely of non-humanoid npcs, the standard soldier will have standard natural armor, and wield various ancient nord weapons. The elites will have enchanted and refined weapons, and will know one weak dragon shout. Liches will be included. More may be added. In short, this mod adds more benefits to completing the questline, including more chances for large battles and more loot. If you are a skilled modding team, or know a skilled modding team, I recommend you develop my idea. Please message me if you like my idea, and if this mod ever gets developed, give credit where it's due ;D.

BoS meeting ctd bug
Carnage752 replied to Carnage752's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
I found out the issue a long time ago and forgot to post. Turns out my mod Brahmin Bess was conflicting that moment after a manual mod checking and unchecking in FOMM. I reccomend unchecking all mods and if the sequence runs fine then check the mods back in until CTD issue arises again. Recheck conflicting mod after the strip search is over. -
You should get FOMM. Look through top 100 files this helps manage mods and stuff.

Everytime I go to meet the BoS at Hidden Valley I get strip searched. When the screen fades out I CTD. Is there any ways to fix this or workaround WITHOUT killing them? Help with Fawkes and Broken Steel
Carnage752 replied to TheDourDwarf's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Troubleshooting
Im kinda having the same problem except i can go into the chamber and send my companions into the chamber, its just that after the cut scene is done, at the part where it is supposed to show your picture of you and your dad, it takes me back to the control room. It dosnt go to broken steel, it just sits there and i cant move. I waited for a long time, but it just stayed that way. Kinda puts a boring ending on an exciting life of fighting the enclave, building settlements (download Real Time Settler, it is BEAST), taking over alien ships and killing a bunch of mutated hillbillies. Thought it would go out with a bang as i bomb the hell out of the crawler. If you can help post it here or at my thread "Cant get past Fallout 3 ending to go to Broken Steel" (great title right?). If you can help me or need some info so you can help me please post. -
Alright i downloaded Fallout 3 and its DLCs off of Steam. I got some mods, then started playing the game. I beat all the dlcs except broken steel, then went to finish the orignal Fallout 3 storyline so i can play the broken steel storyline. I go into the control room, enter the code, and watch the water get purified. So the video comes on and all that poo. the first thing i noticed is that when the cut scene about your life ends, there should be a picture of you and your dad right? Well it dosnt show up and instead takes me back to the control room and refuses to advance to the broken steel storyline. I tried getting other companions to do it, uninstalling my mods (I Use FOMM), but it still stays there! Even when i uninstalled Broken Steel (again with FOMM) it still took me back to the control room. I need help either fixing it or overriding it so i can play the rest of my game. If anyone can help please tell me how i can fix this bug. For those who dont mod often FOMM is Fallout Mod Manager, it quickly turns mods and dlcs off and on.
