i discovered a fix thanks to a comment on youtube this worked for me so GL Frits Vervaecke2 years ago To change the 'blur', simply change the dynamic resolution. While in-game, press Shift + End. The blur should disappear or at least be reduced. If not, try using Shift + Home, Shift + Pg Up or Shift + Pg Dn for different dynamic resolution modes.
