thanks, but I fixed it already. turns out that the "dwemer certified" mod suppresses (?) scripts from other mods. because when I uninstalled it, I got a bunch of quests from mods that were supposed to autostart, but didn't. now, i also had frostfall installed a while back, but I got annoyed with it and uninstalled it. so my theory what happened to me is that DC suppressed the hypothermia script that is supposed to kill you when you get too cold, and when i uninstalled it, that script reactivated and started running indefinetely, basically trying to always kill me. but godmode stopped that. I ended up using this tool to clean my savegame of any remaining scripts that were not supposed to be there. it works perfectly fine now, but at the start I got a few ctds, but not more than 3. it is relatively stable now.

SOLVED SOLVED SOLVED SOLVED (solution in the 5# post) Whenever I try to turn off godmode (I had it on for some testing) or a mod does it (for example DSAMG), I just drop dead. I already checked all my active effects, nothing unusual there. I also tried a cure disease potion, it showed no effect. Here are my specs: processor: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti VRAM: 4096MB System Ram: 8.00GB Hard drive free space: 1.97 TB It's not a laptop and it doesn't have an integrated graphics card.
