  1. Well not every part, maybe just focus on just few sections that causes the most problems that can be managed..... Just trying to think of a way to lessen lag while walking or running though the city.... Seriously.....I have literally tried a 1000 things at this point. The City needs to be redone... (Sorry, Currently Having trouble getting Sim Settlements to run on my Xbox currently.....so I am will accept burying the city itself if we have to.....)
  2. to help loading, I remember Fallout 3 downtown was split into districts...... Why has not anyone tried that for Fallout 4 Downtown? (Since Crashing there is pretty common) It could prevent a lot of headaches and I don't think some of us would care about the extra loading screens.... (I actually got a mod that lets me enjoy them)
  3. Seriously I bet we could make this happen if we got this Squid guy, the guy who did the South of the Sea mod, and the one who made the Bioshock mod on this one project.
  4. https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1151/images/13945-1-1463904697.jpg https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13945?tab=description The only guy I seen mess with the Squid leftover Texture. I know building a vault underwater is impossible but technically there is another sea where we can put a "Underground" Vault. Aka Glowing Sea, plus we can connect it to the ocean.(Underground.) Seriously why hasn't anyone tried this? Felt this would be more a thing.
  5. Basically depending on your character is built, after getting extremely mutated from Rads and surviving long enough(Like after a couple in game weeks), you gain a Random MUTATION Perk, which has it's perks and disadvantages. Sort of like Fallout New Vegas Traits, but more similar to things you hear from X Men. Possibly Stacks Depending on the Playtrough and Playstyle (But to an obvious limit.) Examples: Bruiser - Gain +2 Strength, -20 Action Points. Heavy Handed - Gain +20 Melee Damage, -30% critical hits Wild Wasteland Adds additional 'wacky' content and modifies existing content and special encounters. Removes access to some 'sane' content. Four Eyes + 2 Perception when wearing glasses. Bonus does not apply when determining Perk requirements. - 1 Perception permanent reduction. Penalty will still apply when determining Perk requirements. Trigger Discipline Guns and energy weapons you fire are 20% more accurate. Guns and energy weapons you fire are 20% less quick, AP cost for your guns and energy weapons are 20% higher. Chem Reliant Recovery time from chem addictions Twice the chance to get addicted Fast Metabolism +2 Healing rate Poison Resistance and Radiation Resistance start at 0% Jinxed More critical failures for people around you More critical failures for you, too Finesse +10% Critical chance -30% overall damage Small Frame +1 Agility Carry Weight = 25 + (15 x your Strength)
  6. ...........I don't need to say why....The dog is meant for the wasteland.
  7. So one the games I grew up playing was Urbz on the DS. And in that game, in your home, if you had a phone installed, the phone would ring randomly. If you picked up, it would trigger a random event that would be available. For example there might be a sale going on or you receive a random gift from a friend. Thats what I think houses in skyrim needs but in the form of answer the door after someone knocks. For example after answering, "Dragonborn, a fan has given you an apple" or "Dragonborn, You been challenged to a dual by *******." Or "Birthday Sale at the HandMaiden's Brewery." (Maybe even take it further, like Urbz, there could be a chance for a house break in, removing one of the items from your house. If you had brought high enough security system, you wouldn't have to worry about this.)
  8. Really Miss Pit Fighter(Going into other regions and stuff).....Wish there was a Substitute.
  9. I just think big, but really no one taking any my ideas since like day 1, this plus, TV Radio(All TVs are radios), and or any Pre War Boston Quest mod I think of never gets consider. There really are no modders in these request forms that actually want to make new mods. I would make TV Radio Mod myself, but my computer can't run Fallout 4, New Vegas Yes, Fallout 4 no. (Xbox One player.)
  10. Since there already a mod(s) that adds Nate/ Nora to the game. What about we take it a step further and add Baby Shawn with Nate/ Nora. And make it like Shawn was never kidnapped, And Father be another person altogether. Change the entire main quest all together, maybe have everyone survive the vault 111.(Or at least a half of the people.)
  11. Simply put, because it's not that simple (although most mod authors would like it to be, as it would make life easier for us) Because there are no channels as such in the base game, so there's nothing to change to. It'd all have to be created from scratch (including the video/audio content that would be the 'TV channels', which is something that I'm already working on) and it'd require a number of custom scripts, and I've already stated that none of us on the VotW team have any knowledge/experience making scripts (neither of us have the time to be able to divest in learning this new skillset at the moment) This is just my personal opinion, but TV's being able to play radio broadcasts seems a bit pointless when you can just place a radio in your settlement (or use your pipboy's built-in one) but maybe someone else will do it. I don't do requests sorry as I just don't have the time. Sounds like you just want it to be complex and fancy as a TV, when it could be simply be a radio....... You "may" not be able to do it, but you can ask someone you know to do it. I could have done it if this was New Vegas but my computer can't handle Fallout 4.
  12. I would have made it if I could on my Xbox, but my computer can't handle fallout 4.
  13. Let Television work like a Radio (Xbox Mod Request) Televisions can already do this......why not in game, let television seem more useful in your settlement....................... Seems simple enough........easy mod name: TV Radio https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5778727-let-television-work-like-a-radio-xbox-mod-request/
  14. From what I understand, they can't transfer that to Xbox....So this is the next best thing. (Too Big of a file, and they aren't willing to make it smaller or simpler.) It used to be on Xbox, but when the creator quit and passed it to someone else. They deleted the Xbox mod file. And after such a long time I wonder what that mod was, taking up (a lot of data), so I deleted it, and now don't have anything for my TVs. I hate the plain useless TVs. Should be a simple mod to make.
  15. sounds easy, not if there were just modders.....I don't know if there are. (Xbox has not had much these last couple of days, but would like this plus my mod request.)https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5778727-let-television-work-like-a-radio-xbox-mod-request/
