can someone pls make a portable repulsion field?the blue force fields from the fallout new veags siera madre and fallout 3?

i dont know how but how i can import the Millennium Falcon mod found here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9391 into the new vegas? i know it possible because example th paradise lost mod ,the textures and everything was taken from fallout3 [mothership zeta]it would be cool to have it in the vegas
