It's not that no one cares. No can do any replacement right now. Frostbite engine has many challenges to overcome before you start to see swapping. We're still in the Pyjama phase if you notice from the available mods. I also have arachnophobia and am looking forward to no spiders and more qunari hair whenever Sisyphus finally gets it up the mountain...
