do not mod dying light vac bans are on now!

Furthermore, Valve is stating that you're only subject to VAC bans if you join a VAC secured server. So it seems like just keeping VAC Secure Off in the Online options will prevent you from being VAC banned for having mods. You can't join a game that is VAC secured if your VAC Secure is off.
