There is a mod for Skyrim LE, called "More Plausible Southside Sun" , I too was desperately searching for a mod that releases me of the (visual) horrors of a 90° noon sun. It seems to work for SE, have a try! -

I found this when I was searching for the same problem! :smile: Sadly I have no hope that I could change that camera position myself.... Have you been able to solve this?
