I have the same problem. Tried enabling TFA but that didn't work.

Thanks so much for the help, I had no idea what was going on with MO. When I launched the launcher, the Data Files was grayed out, and when I exited, all my mods were unchecked! Thanks so much for that useful tip, it fixed my problem :)
