THIS!!!! Please!

Hey guys. I'm quite new to moding and I have a question. Been trying to make some orc hairs to work on human races, specially the maleorchair17, but unfortunately I always get cropping at the top of the head. Tried chancing things on nifscope so that everything matches the human hairs, but it doesen't help. Does anyone knows a simple way to make this work or can make the adjustment for the maleorchair17 meshes and upload it somewhere? Thank you all.
