Having this issue too, tried a bunch of the normal servers but none seem to work -
I'm more on the side of customization actually. I agree that it'[s a bit ridiculous to have a player character that is amazing at everything. But i did recently go back and do a replay of New Vegas. I made it so i got way more skills and perks. It was ridiculous, but really, really fun. I would ultimately be in favor of something like the Mod configuration Menu incorporated into the game. To ensure that everyone can have their own experience.

I love the Urban-ism idea. DC was like 1/4 the size of New Vegas and yet i spent way more time going through it. You could walk around not knowing what was going to happen, attack by super mutants, Talon assassins, or random crazy with a megaphone. That's why i love the idea of having more groups too. You wouldn't know what to expect while walking through the streets, but you know that whatever happens, it's going to matter, it's going to be a memorable moment in the story.

My name is Lokor, and a while back i got tired of waiting for Fallout 4. I loved Fallout 3 and I to tide myself over i decided to start up a small blog and write my version of Fallout 4. It's nothing that big, it really didn't have anyone following it so i didn't put too much effort into it. However I've been hearing more news about Fallout 4 recently with Bethesda Scouts in MIT and Three Dog tweeting about a possible sequel, so i decided i would bring it here to the nexus forums. http://whatfallout4shouldbe.wordpress.com/ WhatFallout4ShouldBe is just that, my take on what it should be. In my head it's set in Boston, it has the institute, it has Brotherhood Outcasts and it has a lot of smaller factions. Basically the outcasts have come to take any research the institute has, but the Institute refuses to had it over to ex-military. I thought the player character could start in a vault under the Institute, a vault that would be used as Institute scientists as a giant human research testing lab (Which might explain how they were able to create androids). I would love feedback from any fallout fans, on the blog or by emailing my at [email protected], or commenting on the site. I would love criticism, discussion, art, or new ideas. I am open to people changing my mind on certain things however, it does have to adhere to certain rules, mainly that is in Boston and is centered around the Institute. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have read the Nexus forum rules and haven't found any rule that says i shouldn't be posting this. It does have a bad advertising clause but i feel I've adequately explained my blog. With this in mind I am more than willing to co-operate with any forum administrators.

I am not sure if i am talking about the same thing but is it where everything is pushed to the left side and the links go nowhere.

Gotta go with the Dunwich building too. I made the mistake of playing that at like 2:00 in the morning in a Canadian winter, the ones where it's pitch black outside and the wind howls like a scream every once and a while. :sad:

Sounds pretty cool, My only concern would be that it's pretty ambitious, but if you can follow through good for you and good for us. There are a few suggestions i have. 1: I just think you should read up on communism socialism Marx and Lennon so you know what you are talking about. 2: There is a video game based on a Russian novel called Metro 2033 btw, it is post apocalyptic and it may have a few good ideas for you or maybe provide some insight into the Russian culture as predicted for Apocalyptia. 3; I think a Russian DJ would be pretty cool, especially if he tries to be as American as possible but very obviously failing, almost like the stereotypical telemarketer. All in all sounds great if you can finish it.

Well i'm a Canadian so i would love one in Canada, pplus would make for interesting factions like someone said before. Since Canada was annexed in the Fallout world ( :verymad: ) there would be an entire population who doesn't really like you, which Fallout seems to love. As well you could throw in a bunch of resource collection sites/military bases/weapons plants. And maybe you could see Canadians trying to take back their land.

Personally i am more of a fan of "The Pitt". I do think Zeta is a little un-Fallouty but I do thinks it's pretty good, just preferred the pitt's story and atmosphere i guess.

Ok, I have just recently reinstalled fallout with fwe and several of there recommended mods, as well as a personal favorite of mine. I have the Darnified UI (dui_f3a11) installed and my ini has been modified seemingly properly, with the fonts set as described in the Ui's documentation. However when i start fallout via fose (or through the actual game) my mouse does not appear and when it reaches the main menu slide there is no text. I have the same problem but i am using the dui_f3a11 version. As well i have gone through the documentation for the darnified UI and my fonts are set just as they are supposed to be. Ok I tried running fallout itself to see if is in fact a problem with fallout. When the launcher appears it presents the option install not play. All the files are in place from the last time i played this so I don't see why it would do this.
