well i was thinking and another idea came up in my head. it is not much but definitely worth fixing, so anyways if u have a scope for a 9 mm pistol and u get the "maria" from Benny (or what ever his name is) i think u should be able to put that scope on it since the only difference is the color of the gun and some stats (also this should apply to ALL "rare" gun types in the game) such as the "Rat Slayer" and the varmet rifle. well hit the "track topic" button up top if u want mod ideas but if u use the idea PUT ME IN THE CREDITS SOMEWHERE well thats it and i hope u liked the idea and comment! =)

Yes that is what i mean it is hard but i was wondering if any moders could pull it off i tried and yes it is possible just realy hard, so if you know any modders that could pull it off that would be great

well in NV i noticed that the factions arnt what i would like i would like them to have promotions and rewards like the Dark Brotherhood from TES 4. I also found it odd that in the story line they claim to have mail depots and couriers, but no where in the game do you see people delivering packages. so in the game i think there should be random AI walking from cities on the road and u can kill them and take the package or read the note they have and deliver it to the towns post office. also there should be jobs as in you should be able to be a courier and deliver packages to people for currency. Also in oblivion it was SO MUCH MORE REALISTIC that people do not kill u for stealing an empty bottle, or even killing someone in NV there should be guards that would arrest you for u wrong doings and not just have everyone blowing each-other to smithereens.
