Hello all, I am having a strange issue. I have been very careful with the mods I have downloaded and have modded oblivion for the 3rd time here and finally got FCOM + all the other mods I wanted working great on my new rig. For some reason, my game will freeze in the Waterfront district, specifically walking across the bridge from the middle area towards the houses/thieves guild spot (Better Cities.) I have no idea what mod may be causing this, the only thing I have read is that Mo Dem's City Life had an issue with Better Cities and waterfront crashes but was supposed to be fixed. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated!
