  1. Hokay, so I ran around and did a bunch of other things. Turned in the horn. Went to Falkreath. Earned my land for the manor. Built said manor. Killed two dragons. Turned in a Vilja quest or three. Since I was at Eldergleam, I decided to run north and try again. Still an issue. I tried disabling ASIS, Automatic Variants, Deadly Dragons, The Choice is Yours and Even Better Quest objectives. With them on or off it crashes the same way - "Skyrim has encountered and error..." sort of thing. I actually get the windows error message, and not just CTD like is "normal" for my game. I turned everything back on and turned on Papyrus logging. To be very specific, I did some experimentation: I run up, Delphine says "Something's wrong...", (uncontrollable autosave happens) Iddra runs up and does her spiel, I take a step or two after Delphine, crash. I thought it might be the autosave, but I can load that save and go on - listen to Iddra, crash. I can leave it on listening to Iddra - no crash. I can stand and watch Delphine run off - no crash. Take a step - crash. My Papyrus log doesn't much help - the last bit is some Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul errors, which I would assume don't have anything to do with it? Here is that error set - please let me know if this is something I should bring over to CACO's attention. [11/15/2015 - 10:31:47PM] Error: Cannot call SetWeight() on a None object, aborting function call stack: [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.PotionMaintenance() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 314 [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.OnPlayerLoadGame() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 221 [11/15/2015 - 10:31:49PM] Error: Cannot call SetWeight() on a None object, aborting function call stack: [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.PotionMaintenance() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 320 [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.OnPlayerLoadGame() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 221 [11/15/2015 - 10:31:50PM] Error: Cannot call SetWeight() on a None object, aborting function call stack: [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.PotionMaintenance() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 320 [alias CACOPlayerAlias on quest CACOQuest (240A2A3F)].CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.OnPlayerLoadGame() - "CACO_PlayerLoadGameAlias.psc" Line 221 Thanks in advance for any help.
  2. Alright, so my game is heavily modded. I'm used to crashes - that's the price I pay. But I keep crashing in the same place over and again, which is new and unpleasant. I was hoping someone could perhaps shed some light on the issue so I can continue the main plot. Issue: I am doing "A Blade in the Dark." I get to Kynesgrove, quick-traveling, start up the hill and the game CTD's. I tried this a few times. Alright, I thought - I'll go to Windhelm instead, then run south - not a long run. No problem traveling, but when I approach Kynesgrove - CTD. I have already been to Kynesgrove without this issue, so it isn't a problem with the area, per se. My mods are cleaned and I tried cleaning my savegame, just in case. Full specs (if that's important) and mod-list in the spoiler - ones that I can think of, right off hand, that might be having an effect are: Even Better Quest Objectives The Choice Is Yours Run For Your Lives & Kynesgrove (I thought unlikely since they're AFK mods) (And, I guess, USKP, which seems SUPER unlikely...) Deadly Dragons Dragon Combat Overhaul Dragons Shout with Voice or I guess, one of the skyprocs like ASIS or Automatic Variants? I dunno - while I have general CTDs, probably from running too many scripts, this is kinda game-stopping, so I hoped maybe someone could maybe help me out, here. Thanks in advance for any help.
  3. If someone could help - I'm getting the "missing masters" error in Automatic Variants. I'm getting it when I know I have my masters active, when I use SUM to run with no BOSS, every time. It will, for example, tell me that something is missing Dawnguard! Or Dragonborn! Everything with a master, in fact. I use Boss followed by Wrye Bash 304 to order my mods. Then I run SUM so I can run without BOSS - and I get the missing masters errors. The only way I can get it to run is to inactivate all mods, run the patcher, then reactivate. Help, please - I'm feeling fairly frustrated. EDIT: Now I tried just AV with a -NOBOSS shortcut. Still no luck. If anyone might have some insight- even some "Like this, idiot!" I'll take it. I'm about to scream, here. EDIT 2: I tried: 1) Deleting my DLClist.txt & plugins.txt, 2) running the Skyrim launcher, 3) disabling bashed patch, 4) editing my Userlist, 5) running BOSS, 6) NOT running Wrye Bash, 7) THEN running the AV jar. Still telling me I have missing masters. Why, gods of programming, why?
