Neither of those worked.. :/ Could it have something to do with conflicting with mods?

I've been having this problem in the GNR building, when you first arrive there as part of the main quest. When I enter the building, and head upstairs to go through the door to the area three dog is in, the game instantly crashes as soon as it starts loading. This happens everytime. Please tell me how I could possibly fix this. Oh, and it's the GOTY Edition downloaded off of Steam.
