Here you go: Male Nord, most points in heavy armor, 2-handed, smithing at 100. it just seems really odd that none of my shouts - none, mind you - have any voicings at all.

Really? No ideas at all, eh? Lots of views, and no answers. Hmm. 1. no one knows why UF won't work on my PC? Yes, the button is held down. I'm the only person this has happened to? 2. no one knows if dragon shouts are supposed to have words when you do them? The sound is great on my pc, and Skyrim sounds awesome. But no words when I shout. Is this normal?

I've seen answers to this but oddly not for PC. If this is answered elsewhere, point me to the right place. 1. I can't use the third part of Unrelenting Force. Yes, I know, hold the button down (it is Z in my keyboard config, the default). But nothing. I have learned it, it's in my list, I did the quest. But I only get the first part of the shout, ever. Without the Talos Amulet, it still takes 45 secs to cooldown, so the game thinks I have it. I have used the player.teachword command to learn it, nothing. I thought maybe I needed to use a soul to learn it, I have a soul to use, but in my menu the Fus Ro Dah is already known and I can't use a soul. Yes, I know, reload a save. I've done that. I actually reloaded one from waaaaay back, fast traveled to Hrothgar, nothing. If it's a game glitch it's something I can't fix with a reload. I can't imagine I'm the only person having this problem. 2. Are dragon shouts supposed to actually have words you can hear? I look at videos on YouTube and mine never sound like that. Even the ones I know all three parts of, no sound. I mean, I get a flaming sound for the fire shouts etc., but no actual words. Problem?

Pretty much everyone associated with this mod does this for me, it can't be what the designers intended because honestly, it is really, really bad. So my assumption is something is not working right. I have no idea what is going on in the conversations, the story isn't making any sense and sometimes the only dialoge options I have are "Yes, I'll do that" or "No, I won't do that" -- and I am like, Do what?? So, no one knows what could be wrong with my version? No one else has ever encountered this problem? Anyone?

I know this is a necro, but he didn't get an answer and I am having the same problem, ergo this is still a good topic. He is right, I get no sound either with Kvatch Rebuilt. And it cannot be true that there is no voice acting in this mod. I go to talk to Savlian Matius and his mouth moves and moves, no sound, and I get a dialogue option to respond to him. Of course, I have no clue what he said, so I pick something and the quest advances. So this needs a response, something is obviously still wrong here. Any ideas?
