Nevermind, I'm an idiot. Saving is good when editing files.

I don't have bodyslide and I'm having this issue, don't think it's that. All my folders are in the right place in /data, NMM sees the mods, the only things that don't work are the things in the subfolders of /data. So stuff like that Armor Mod Expanded mod work fine and are neat, but all the hair mods, the Ray Ban aviators, anything that's adding new resources those resources just don't show up. I'm still messing with it.
