I launched the game again after some time and everything is fine... weird

Yes, all my saves that had these items dont have them anymore, as i said, i didnt touch the NMM or files after i turned it off, and the mods are still there, but it looks like i just installed them, not that i player them before (better vampires as an example, doesnt recognize that i had did feed on a lot of people and my its count reseted to 0)

Is any body mod overwriting the bodies? try disabling and enabling these mods to see if any body mod overwited them

Today i played everything normally, all my mods working properly, then i died, got bored and closed the game, some time later (i didnt touch any mod or folder) i turn on skyrim, load my save, and all my modded items are gone (from every save), some mods are inactive, which makes me think they got disabled and enabled while skyrim was loading or something lke that, anyone knows a solution that gets all my mods on without having to get back every item with console? Or at least why that happened would be great already BTW i nearly forgot to mention, when i load a save, when its about to load (when the loading screen freezes for about 1 sec, which always happened since i got the game) it freezes for 1 or 2 minutes
