I been using XDI on a mod I'm working on and I was wondering if it would be possible to make a certain Perk/Special stats a dialogue check condition for unique dialogue options like in older Fallout games (like the Black widow perk having a unique dialogue option)? I assume it is since the Fallout 4:New Vegas and the Fallout 3 remake would have to be implementing it.

I'm new to modding and was wondering if it's possible to have two separate files of fallout 4 on the same computer. I made a separate clean file to add and test mods with, and even added it to steam as a nonsteam game but whenever I try to run it, it opens up my modded version of fallout 4 as opposed to the one i created to mod with.
