to be honest I havent seen too many people advocating the usage of illusion spells in general. I think they're probably deficient in one way or another compared to the other skills that can be leveled.

Once Bethesda announced the approximate release date of the Creation Kit (January 2012) I felt a bit downtrodden. I feel like I have to wait a lifetime. However, it gives me something to look forward to. In fact, I'm looking forward to it more than Christmas. so, you might have to pickpocket some of her items first in order for you to find her ugly clothes after using the command showinventory, after clicking on her. then, after having clicked on her, use removeitem [insert code number here] 1 then after her clothes are gone (because we're decent people we are re-dressing her) use equipitem D191F 1 on her.. it'll give her a better outfit IMO EDIT: or try equipitem 88952 1
