Thanks. I'll get started later today if I can. But another thing: How do the rules in profanity go in an RP? Back at Comuc Vine, foul language wasn't allowed anywhere but the RPG and Fan-Fiction boards, coming out of your character's mouths (censored by one or more *s of coarse)

First off, I am very sorry if this has been done. I'm brand new to the Nexus RPG board, and I'm having trouble finding the basics such as this. I'm a longtime RP veteran of http://www.comicvine.com/, so I know the basics of RPing in general, but I want to be more clear on this site in particular's rules and workings. Please do forgive my ignorance, I just need some help getting started, as some of the rules here seem kind of foreign, such as how is appears we make a new character for most RPs? Back at Comic Vine, we use one character for many, many RPs. Maybe someone could give me the grand tour of the general rules of Nexus RP? If it's any help, I'm looking to start RPing here in a Fallout RP. Oh, that brings me to another question, about how open RPs are to strangers. On Comic Vine there was a section where we could write a character bio which could be at any time viewed by clicking an option on any of your posts, or viewed through your profile, so if it was an 'open' RP, you could just join. From what I've seen, you need permission for most things? Again, forgive my ignorance, it's just quite different than what I'm used to, and I really do want to enjoy Nexus RP as well.
