FNV walking / running animations ported to F3

I was going to do that, but my new vegas game doesnt have a locomotion folder like fallout 3 does. -

As the title says, I hate the walking and running animations of F3, and I think the ones in NV are much better. Specially the walking one. In F3, while walking, the leg doesnt really extend itself fully while in a stride, it stays slightly bent. Its like you are climbing a hill while walking on a flat plane. In NV however, it does, and it looks much more natural. So after looking in the nexus, and finding the exact opposite mod (putting the F3 animations in NV), I was wondering if anyone was working on taking the NV animations into F3.
