i like the idea of this but personally i would make a few tweaks, im guessing this is inspired from harry potter? so for the tornament you could a goblet of fire style idea? and many random events could happen (if your archmage you have to take down an evil wizard etc).
if i where you, start with skyrim, ITS SO MUCH EASIER, fallout 4 have so much bull crap everywhere that you have to use way too many programs for it, skyrims much simpler, so i recommend starting there if u havnt already
don't worry bud it was about an hour ago since I was like you are now, when I found this page I said to my self ill tell you the solution when I found it myself so here you are. 1: navigate to you Skyrim folder (os:c>program file(x86)>steam>steamapps>common>Skyrim>data>scripts) 2: dock to one side or minimize for now 3: then press the windows+E key and navigate to os:c>program files(x86)>steam>steamapps>common>Skyrim ( you should have 2 library tabs) 4: then type scripts.rar in the search box, a winra file (or folder or anything the says "scripts.rar") should come up. 5: drag and drop to your desktop 6: double click the file on the desktop and click on scripts>source then Ctrl+a 7: drag to the skyrim>data>scripts folder that you already brought up (see instruction 1) 8: wait until done any overwrite props click yes ( this didn't happen to me) 9: go to the creation kit then go to scripts MAKE SURE YOU RENAME THE SCRIPTS INSTEAD OF NEWSCRIPT because a box that looks like extension script does not exist XD! 10: you done bud hope this helped XD I recommend bethinslots creation kit tutorials
I do believe whilst I was exploring the faction list for making my merchant that there was a werewolftransion, (its either the faction list or spell list or something. in fact make a merchant mod that shows quite a bit about factions which could potentially help you make a werewolf
