hmm what do u mean miss configured it ??? i can connect to steam easily 2 days ago and play games on it ..and i didn't change anything ...the only thing that has change is that i download new vegas using steam

So i just download and install fallout new vegas using steam ...and stupid steam wont connect to the internet or use offline mode ...now im stuck and cant play new vegas . So if anybody know how to play a steam game without using steam please tell me..
