No help?

I'm still getting the errorless CTDs after 20-30 minutes. I can't seem to solve this issue, any more ideas?

I can't get it to patch, it says I'm missing the Skyrim Unofficial Patch. I went here https://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/523890046882075502/ but I'm not sure if I solved it. After disabling Cloaks of Skyrim and CoS Dawnguard it seems that I've resolved the CTDs. I'm not entirely sure, I'll let you know.

Hello. My game crashes around 10-20 minutes of gameplay, but I can't figure out why. I've used LOOT by the way, and also I have Safety Load but it didn't solve anything.
