I left out a few things that can help. I use my TV as my monitor. It is a TCL Roku 55 inch TV. My graphics card is a GTX1080. Both my TV and PC are pretty new. I connect them through a USB. I have tried so many things. So if you're going to use Google to help, I can tell you I scoured through the first few pages. Also, I use mods like darker nights, ELE, CLARALUX, Vivid Weathers. I tried uninstalling them, but the problem persisted. Tried fresh install. Tried......almost everything. Except anything that will work.

I have scoured the internet and found no real answer. Everytime I look around the out lines around stuff kind of "thicken". Making everything darker. Second I stop looking around, it's perfect. If I keep the camera still, I can move and everything stays perfect. Second I move that look around stick, boom, everything darkens again. I have tried so much. Now, I do have A LOT of mods installed. I'm at my 255 plug in cap, and have a bunch of texture mods as well. I currently have ENB installed as well. Just the one from the ENBdev site. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

So will the old mods work with the new edition? Or are they rendered obsolete now? I hope not.
