  1. @Freakofnature......Seriously???? Are you really spelling "seriously" as seriosly?? rofl Anyway, Trebor44, I've had real difficulties trying to get this mod to work consistently. I've tried with several characters and for one of them, he always turns up. For the second character he never showed up at all, and for the third character, he was there the first game day, but never showed up again. I've never really seen a problem like this. These characters were all running the same mods and really didn't do anything differently from each other. Anyone else have this problem?
  2. Why is it that I bought the "Steam" version of the GOTY Morrowind and did not get the Construction Set? I RE-BOUGHT the game on Steam so I could get the Construction Set because I couldn't find the "Construction Set Disc on the ORIGINAL PURCHASED GAME. YES!!!! I bought this friggin game TWICE because I didn't have access to the Construction Set; only to find out that "for no reason disclosed" the Construction Set isn't "AVAILABLE" WHAT THE "BLANK" is THAT all about?" I either want my money refunded for the GOTY version I received when I purchased the "Steam" copy of Morrowind, or a downloadable "FREE" version of the MORROWIND CONSTRUCTION SET.
  3. Good Grief!! You've got to give us a clue as to what this mod is about!! I don't know of anyone that just blindly downloads stuff....at least nobody who has any sense.
  4. Is there a mod out there that allows the obsessive collector to either maintain an inventory or just change the labels on containers i.e., Dwarven Armor, or something like that? I sure would be great if there were!! Willow
  5. Ya know....I'm not targeting this mod or the modder, I just have a fundamental problem with breasts on a lizard race; presumably cold-blooded and egg-laying. Ok...yeah, you do have to suspend your real-world experiences and judgments when playing a game like Morrowind or Oblivion; but I just can't help but think that the (presumably) young male minds that developed the Argonian race just couldn't picture a female without breasts. Yeah, I could be completely wrong about this, but the mind boggles at the creation of a lizard with mammary glands. :whistling:
  6. Thanks Unclenoob  I do appreciate the tip. I just wish there was a better way to do this.
  7. Maybe I'm missing something, but how can you realistically hold down the left ctrl key to sneak while also pressing the W key to move forward. Isn't there a way to "always sneak" like there's a way to "always run"? I like playing a stealthy character, but even if I change the control for sneaking, it seems to be needlessly difficult to hold down two keys to move forward while sneaking. I really would appreciate hearing how others have coped with this. Thanks Willow
  8. OMG....I now officially feel OLD!!!! LOL If you went to Stanford University and had access to the "super" computers of that time (1970's) you could play Star Trek, except that you had to compute your own tragecteries! lolol Yeah, ok :  : not many relate to that, huh? Actually, it was my darling hubby that had that access. hehehe he was pretty much the nerdiest mathematician .
  9. Hi gothxtreme, Thandal has given you great advice on tactics. The rest have as well, but most of what they are saying apply to later in the game when you have more abilities or spells available to you. You were talking about the Kocari Wilds. You don't get to choose your party for that one. You have Alistair as a warrior/sword & shield, you have Jory (spelling could be wrong) who is a two handed weapon fighter, you have the rogue (sorry, don't remember his name), and of course, you have yourself. Everyone in the party has pretty nominal skills. At this point in the game I've had the most success with pretty much stopping after each move and positioning and setting up spells and abilities for each move of the fight. This will give you the most complete picture of what is going on and making changes to the tactics as they happen. Or, if you're really good at setting up tactics by hand, go for it. At this early point in the game it can even be advantageous to save before the fight, let the tactics run and see what happens.....mostly you will see your party die. Since DA is such a linear game (meaning you can't vary much from the path) I think that using the tactics well gives you the most variability along with changing your party choices when you can. Actually, I think that's the most significant problem with DA, especially after you've completed one or two characters. Personally, I prefer games like Oblivion where you have complete control over when and what your character does. Aside from all this advice......just go and have fun. If you had the most fun playing it on "Easy" go for it......after all, it is a game :teehee: Willow ....be careful what you wish for.....
