this one: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35832 and i have tested some other mods but they dont work too

i have done everything but the mods dont work. i have insert the files to c:/bethesda softworks/fallout new vegas/data/ and checked the files. but when im starting the game and looking for the changes...... everything is the same where the mod should be. and im using nvmm and have downloaded the geck. plz help me.
