after i do that can i play skyrim on skse?

to add to what i said, it deactivated some moods and i can enable them but i cant enable or deactivate the ones with a red circle and a line going through it

So basically i wanted to de activate a mod and when i launched nmm it said something about deleting all the mods to update them, i said yes but then realised it took too long so i switched it off via task manager, then when i go back to nmm all the mods are deactivated and i cant activate them. HEELLLPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
