OK ... just wondered if it could be related to the Bruma statue problem that will sometimes occur after you do the Great Gate quest. You could try the "coc center and wait trick" to see if it helps.

 

Open the console using the tilde (~) key and at the console prompt type in "coc center" (without the quote marks) and hit Enter. You will be transported to an open plain with some trees visible in the distance. Using the game's Wait menu (by default the t key) wait for 72 hours plus a bit more for good measure (so that's three full days plus a few hours more). Open the console again and "coc weye" (again without the quote marks). You will be transported to the fisherman's shack at Weye, outside the Imperial City. If you know the correct location code you can use that instead of weye to be transported to a different location.

 

Go back to Bruma and see if that helps.

 

- Edit - If you want you could use "coc brumajeralview" to be transported back to inside the Jeral View Inn in Bruma. As you have Martin following you it may be best to tell him to wait before beginning.

no, I was on my way to cloud rest temple with martin

I'm basically stuck in the city, going through the gates it crashes and fast traveling out crashes as well.

I did some testing and found out Patchus Maximus is causing the CTD.

I've had this problem for a while now and it didn't really matter.

but I've started a druid character and I NEED those merchants.

 

basically I crash whenever I get into a mage Selling/buying inventory, someone like Farengar from dragonsreach.

I did a bit more testing and it seems like it doesn't crush in inventory of the winterhold college mages

[CTD in inventory and something else]

hello

I have been having a problem with CTD when I get the inventory of WIZARDS ONLY, it doesn't happen for any other NPC.

the second thing is sometime, in combat my stamina won't stop draining, I don't have stamina, just waiting for an hour (ingame) fixes it.

As long as you are keeping the same harddrive, and upgrade to Windows 10, you'll keep it all - won't even have to reinstall the games.

 

If you are changing harddrives, well, then the mods will be gone, unless you copy them over.

I'm installing on a new SSD so yeah...

I once uninstalled fallout new vegas and reinstalled and kept all the mods.

will it happen again?

all three are thru Steam.
