Basically I was playing my game a couple days ago maybe yesturday idk and I saved my game at DLC " DawnGuard " 's Castle Volikar then today I installed a simple mod called " Quick Loot " --> https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73096/
I went into my game and everything was fine but then I clicked Load Game -> SaveGame. I load in and see my characters feet then it CTDs. Like wtf you know?

~ Problem
Just yesterday I turned Acadia's Synth Leader into Far Harbor and then proceeded to use the Nuclear Launch Codes to blow up the Nucleus, after that I quicksaved and did a hard save and followed with an exit save but before all that I deleted my previous saves. Today I get on and fast travel up in north-west to do the second quest of the Daltons but before I move on to the quest location I did a quicksave and as soon as I pressed F5 to quicksave it crashed the game literally just committed suicide. Why? I tried this several times and every time I save it crashes. New update causing it??? Mods? IDK HELP!

I crash when I get to the point in the tutorial where Alduin happens to just fly down and breath fire really close to an imperial soldier, a child, and a blacksmith
(The part where you jump from a tower to a broken down house then to get to the Imperial for the first time)

I keep only playing the tutorial area in Vault 111 and getting the pipboy because the pipboy light doesn't seem to work and my pipboy re-skin doesn't seem to work and the ini changes I've had BethINI make for me which include removing grass and godrays and removing intro videos doesn't seem to work. I keep thinking it has something to do with Load Order...
