Also I've figured out what the issue is specifically the mods keep resetting themselves every time I load into the game; doesn't matter if its a new game or a fresh save: I've no idea why this is happening and I've no idea how to fix it

I'm using Vortex: I've no idea why this is happening one moment the game was working fine then I close the game to eat dinner and the game was all borked; it didn't crash but EVERYTHING was messed up, items missing my character looking like a template and all my other mods reset

Ok get this my mods were working just fine earlier and closed the game to eat dinner: I open the game again and they started going nuts, items vanished from my inventory, my character completely reset to a bald template and on top of all that all my mods loaded like I've started a new game. I started a fresh start with the load order and as I use live another life things worked fine then the Statue of Mara wasn't there: all sorts of assets are disappearing I don't know what's happening I've posted my load order so if anyone knows what the issue is there I've no idea, the game was working just fine and then I shut it down to eat dinner and when I launch back in everything was off, my followers were missing the gear they had on, my gear was missing, I was standing there naked with no character details beyond a blank slate until my hair and beard loaded back in: I've no idea what has caused this and it make ZERO sense as everything was perfectly fine before. The insane thing is everything was perfectly fine before I shut the game down and then when I started the game up again after dinner everything went nuts anyone know what this issue is I've made no changes to my load order before then and LOOT just turns off random plugins like Ordinator and Live Another life along with Imperius and Sacrosanct which won't help that just breaks the game further. Anyone ever had this issue where everything was working fine then you stop playing the game, close the game and start it up again and everything breaks!

Alright I've fixed one problem and finally got the game running and past the infinite loading screen on the main menu I was overjoyed to do this then I click start a new game and nothing happens except the image of the menu and the text disappearing all I can see is the cursor so anyone got any clues as to what is causing this I'll give you an image to show what I mean and if anyone has a solution let me know I've made sure that there aren't any redundancies or incompatibilities with my load order, I sorted everything made sure to get rid of any troublemaking files and what happens I go to start the game. I'm dying to play this game I've never played it before, its an early Christmas gift from a friend and I just want to play it

And now I can't start a new game.

That isn't the problem I'm having I don't have any pre-existing saves this is a fresh install I haven't even played the game yet the loading screen happens right after I launch the game before I can even reach the main menu; I installed the game, launched it once to generate the INI file and then proceeded to use Vortex to mod it out: I wasn't going to play the game vanilla, I was going for a fully modded load out

I recently bought Skyrim SE the other day and immediately proceeded to mod it out, I followed the instructions Vortex offered and made sure there weren't any conflicts and there weren't masters missing, I have a total of 409 ready to go, I ran FNIS and the other utilities: and launched the game, no crash, a nice lovely launch screen and then a loading screen that kept on going and going. I've no idea what is causing this and I'm fairly certain it shouldn't be any issues with the load order or the mods themselves it would have produced CTD on launch instead I get this loading screen that keeps turning and turning to nowhere. I'd appreciate any solutions, I'm worried this will have to come to a tedious session of sorting thru the entire list (NOT remotely fun and takes a large amount of time better spent elsewhere) and anything else that can be tried before I attempt that would be welcome.
