I recently installed oblivion and added 'a tweaked ENB' and OBSE, both of which require making direct additions to the root folder. Then I installed MO (without any mods). The game ran fine but I had a bit of a transparency issue due to 'a tweaked ENB' so I added the 'enhanced first person camera' mod, which was supposed to solve the issue, to MO but the transparency wasn't fixed and the mod's main function didn't even take affect, I added the 'bag of holding' mod to make sure and it didn't appear in my inventory as it's supposed to. I tried removing 'a tweaked ENB' and nothing changed, except for the transparency being gone. I searched the internet for hours trying to find a solution and any help would be deeply appreciated.
