  1. I will pick answer number two and yes, that's my final answer. Yes that was your final answer. Goodbye User banned for piracy. -DrGrimm Is it only me or was that person banned b/c the mod misunderstood things here? o_O Didn't he simply say that he thinks the OP is a pirate? Or did I misunderstand anything?
  2. Couldn't one simply extract the standard textures.bsa and the two hd ones, then copy the new textures into the standard texture folder, overwrite anything, and repack the bsa? Or would there be problems?
  3. Hey there, after watching about the borderless window mode, I wanted to try that out too (possibly +60% performance sound too tempting :D). So I downloaded this, set the game to windowed mode (@1920x1080) and launched the game via the sbw.exe. The menu loads fine, but when I try to load a savegame or start a new game, the game freezes. The same happens when I run windowed mode normally (without swb.exe). I have also deleted 4GB Skyrim and SKSE, nothing changes though. I have tried this with a fresh install, deleted all ini's, but it's still the same. My system is: Windows 7 64bit AMD X6 1090T AMD Radeon HD6950 2GB 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM Can anyone help? Thanks :)
  4. Tried playing once now and recieved the first crash in weeks, ini's are reset etc...waiting for the next patch to fix the last patch before updating again... Oh boy, the more I see and here about this patch, the happier I am that I have a backup of the initial install (v1.1)...with working LAA (no, 4GB Skyrim is not really equal...I have a massive performance loss with that), dragons flying in the right direction, working resistances...I don't even care about corpses potentially coming to my wedding...Bethesda really screwed up this one... :wallbash: @hoss156: you could give yourself a soul through the console whenever you killed a dragon...;)
  5. Are you using any Crafting mods (Vals f.ex.)? Uncheck them and try starting the game again. Seems to be working for most people with the same issue ;)
  6. Lure the dragon into the next big city or town, let it kill the citizens, shoot a poisoned arrow or two, shout at will, watch the guards fight the dragon (and get smashed  ) and then take it down with another few poisoned arrows. Result: Easy dragon kill plus a town full of loot :D
  7. Definitely possible in Oblivion, I'm poisoning my bound bow quite frequently ;) Should be possible in Skyrim, would be surprised if not. I'm not following every bit of Skyrim related information though, as I want a mostly unspoiled experience :)
