Having same issues with the Fallout Script Extender (FOSE)

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but does anyone know where I can download NVSE? Currently nvse.silverlock.org just takes me to the Skyrim Special Edition page and I can't seem to download the files from said site. Please, any help would be most welcome.

In response to post #44643800. I don't know. I also prefer unbound, because of its greater functionality, but I can see why Alternative start is preferred from a role playing point of view.

You have to do all this after exiting steam fully, and then should "verify game chache" for it to work. Sorry if my spelling is off, english not my first language
