Hi, I had a modded Oblivion ages ok with Qarl, I deleted it which I regret, but recently I have done Bevel Xs excellent guide with a few omissions, the game is running great, I am using his ENB recommendations and Reloaded. Underwater at night is god awful though, I really struggled with the 12 fish quest. However the issue I am having is I have gone to Frostcrag spire, and the 2 altars have become massive light sources, they literally have the power of a sun emitting from them, but only when you approach them. Using them like this will be impossible. I am yet to test the ones at the Arcane University. Does anyone have an idea why this might be?
