hi there i have the same problem except that i can't loot draugr. the ressurect command helps with that , but like the others i'm losing my effects of my perks and that is very much more annoying than the draugr problem

sorry to bother but how is this problem solved?? i've read all posts but can't find any way or clue to fix this bug
