Walls of power and black book don't work

Word walls work fine for me, but I can't use black books. I have alot of mods, I dont know why any of them would conflict with black books though. -

This has happened to me as well, Ive tried reinstalling the mod, going back several save points, sticking the book and the lexicon back in the guys body, nothing works. If you managed to fix it, could you tell me how?
