what blender do you use NGangsta? the 2.53 beta does lights i think and also water snow and etc if i am correct. good for poses too but has no nif format just telling you cause it does more then blender 2.49.

here's how the world can be rebuild : first of all brother hood shouldn't team up with the enclave as they are one of the reasons that china bombed the US and engulfing the world with radiation so what can be possible if anyone one knows how to handle a gun join with the BoS. clean the water then travel the world and look for recruit what can be good is to convince the Brother hood outcast to join as they have tech and the BoS have more brawn. and to travel to California to the original brother hood base and group up every one there. :turned: OR force the enclave to join or threaten to kill there sisters if they dont join :thumbsup: but still i like falloutperson416 idea of course it would need a lot of threatening :whistling:

you guys keep saying you would get guns first there might no be any lying around they could be in the hand of raider/supermutants etc second DO you even know ho to handle a gun? third how are you gonna know who's the foe and who's the friend last time i remember was when i got to megaton first time ever i killed lucas simms cause i thought he was an enemy and alongside radiation can cause cancer headache brain cancer and more so we wouldn't even survive a day if we didn't have clean food water and clean clothing and we could be miles away from a vault then we cant walk all the time and have to camp knowing that if i sleep a raider or dog or anything could kill me in my sleep now if you know what life is in the wasteland AND have been trained handle every problem then yes you would survive but only for a week tough luck the game is Not something possible every thing will die out side and the only hope of survival is in a vault or a deep cave or sewer or something and we can only survive in a sewer maybe 4 or 3 days last hope is in a vault. :(

i know how to make texture but i don't know how to attach them to an item in blender i have all the items : blender and blender nif scripts i know how to make a simple cube and stuff like that but i am trying to attach textures on to it how do i do that.

@BlackSampleAdmin. Wrong. There is a license agreement you are supposed to read and MUST accept when you install the GECK. - If you do not click on the accept button it will not install. Some of the conditions (paraphrased) is that you will not use it for illegal purposes - such as copyright infringement. And you will only use it with a legal copy of the game. And that you will not sell anything made with the GECK. And if you made it with the GECK, then Bethsoft owns the rights and can sell it without paying you anything (for example as a DLC)

Long answer. The file structures between the 360/PS3 and PC are totally different. Even if you could get a mod made for the PC into the 360/PS3 it won't work. To get it to work, you will have to rewrite the operating system of the 360/PS3 first, then rewrite every mod to work on that new operating system. Then, the maker of the 360/PS3 doesn't want you to do that. If you modify anything in it, they will block you the next time you go on their site. Read the fine print -Paraphrased: You have the right to use it only in the way they want you to use it and if you ever try to use it in any other way than the one they give you, they have the right to shut you down. If you need a paperweight, go down to the building supply and buy a brick - it's cheaper.
My advice, start saving now for a good PC - don't get a cheap one.
My bad sorry that sucks but still i think if Bethesda try they can make modding possible for x360 "sigh" if they just had enough time and weren't lazy then this would be possible hope my group gets to some part enough to make some games and models... but from the looks we cant even make a website :verymad:

its possible 100% if you can get complete permission from Microsoft and Bethesda although its not important for Bethesda to know cause its there fault they made the geck and they have no right to say no as i remember there was no list of rules with the geck so mods and dlc's are made by computer its important to have what Bethesda have that transforms pc data into Microsoft data then wallah you have a mod But you must have a pirated version of Xbox 360 so it can read stuff like that and i guess if you have Microsoft permission they will help you with that but i am guessing theyl say no and give you a original copy of halo 3 for a gift as sorry we can not help you with that.

same thing happens to me the light always turns of when you through another door how to fix : there is no solution this is just a simple glitch you should patch your game to the latest version or if there is any mod that can fix it then download it but the radio thing dosen't happen to me you should try patching cause this game is so glitchy that if you go to bigtown you can become lvl 20.

oh. but blender is better for basic stuff for fallout 3 such as posing modeling making clothing. no need to purchase 3ds max or any other modeling program. although if your a game modeler trainee in a small company like me then i guess its important have the best tools. too bad i have no luck purchasing 3ds Max :P

how do blender program designers get rich? they only make a hard to make program and give it for free AND its complete to those who dont even have a cent to buy 3ds max so why would anyone buy 3Ds Max when blender is out free? am i missing something? although i love maya cause its more easy to use and has built in tutorials. this reminds me of mother maya XD.

i have made some eye textures but they dont show up in the npc tab : head parts so i made my eye in the geck by attaching my texture but it wont show up in the npc how do i make it show up like the blue eye brown eye green eye defaults?
Go to Character>Eyes, and also select the Face Data tab on the race entry you want to edit.
Then, drag the new eye you created in the "eyes" windows and drop it to the "Eye Colours" of the Race Entry.
When you've done that, the NPC's of the race you edited will have the new eye to select.
