[how do i make my own set of eyes?]

i have made some eye textures but they dont show up in the npc tab : head parts so i made my eye in the geck by attaching my texture but it wont show up in the npc how do i make it show up like the blue eye brown eye green eye defaults?

[Mod to see penalties?]

Hi, i recently started a new character in FO3, but i've been having penalties to some of my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. skills almost the whole time, and i have no idea what's causing them. When i look at EFF, in Stats, there is nothing there causing any penalties. Is there any mod that makes it possible to see what is causing the penalties, or is this a known bug?

 

have you done game drugs beer or etc cause it might put a effect or mabye because it low karma i just cant remember cause i once fixed this problem so if you still have problems make a mod with all the books then use all to get 100% very very good stats or just use cheats =]

[how to validate a bsa file?]

ok i got the tec vault mod and i know its bsa with a esp file in it so i validated but it didint get the bsa file anyway i can archive validate it cause when i use something are a huge red <!> pleas help i need to play the mod :D

i think many love fallout 3 cause its somthing like a real story and its free roam first person game you cant seem to find those kind of games these days except borderlands wish we could mod that anyway : the bombs were dropped by the chinese but because some sort of problem in that war it effected the water killing thousunds in other country then water supply went low then the world was be killed by high radiation plants trees human animals or died or transformed into monster never to be seen. how it takin place:

 

before the war chinese sneeked in dc as one simple location mama dolce was the main place a food factory that chinese opend to hide there soilders to destroy dc but without telling the chinese dropped the bombs and killed all humanity but one day it will be restored. what i just said is somthing i tryed to gather altough what fallout 3 is doing is saying chinese are cruel they shouldent be that mean and put the aliens then every one is happy :tongue:

im not trying to replace anything i copyed the poster02 mesh from the meshes.bsa and the urbanposter02 texture from the textures.bsa i edited the texture then got in nifskope on to the BSS section then directed it to the texture i made then i got to geck click new in static items then bring my msh but its still show the sugar bombs and i know i removed its text and replaced it with mine so i am basicly trying to make a complete new poster only with the default fallout 3 poster screen and a texture i made.

ok ive made m new texture in the position were the sugar bombs were and i copeyed the nif and attached the texture to thr nif but when i open the nif in the geck its still is sugar bombs and when i open it in the nifskope it has my image so i think i have to do somthing in the geck what do i do. thanks for replying

I've completed all but the */** marked ones and ran out of bearable(meaning no lag) playable quests. Is there any NON-BETA(don't want game-breaking bugs) mod that adds lots of new quests and/or new lands to explore? I've looked but haven't found anything I want to download due to bugs(ex. can't save), etc.... I don't want it being filled with lots of lag ether... CUBE was nice, laggy in some parts, but bearable, + a nice apartment. Any others like that?...or new places(DLC-like...but free?)? I wish they would releash more DLC... :(

 

 

i am making a new mod thats like a tunnel and sewer and stuff you get two new armor one stealth armor but give str to and a an armor that give 30 lockpick and lots of hp but its a huge training facility only abadoned and filled with ghould supermutant raider and etc has a new vault with its own vaultdoor texture im hoping it will finnish in 2 weeks but i dont think you will like it as its only a WIP and i suck at modding but it be somthing to do.

i edit the poster texture urbanposter02.dds and attached it to the poster nif 02 but when i bring it in the geck it still shows up as the sugar bombs poster. question : what can i do to get my small pic into a poster nif so it can be viewed in game without replacing a texture or a nif pleas help i need to get a logo in a poster.

ok i have maya and its registerd but i hear that blender has uv map or somthing. and im looking for a tutorial(s) that can teach me how to model like a picture and how to attach textures to it like they say in blender but i want it for maya if you know videos of what i just said pleas type the link im desperate to learn all the modeling ways for fallout 3 by the way i need a link to the latest nif script for maya and im using maya 2010 thanks for reading and posting.
